Get 'em Tiger

No comments:
So as you know Tiger Woods apologized yesterday to the
general public about his infidelity and the headlines that
he was making. What people are really wondering why is he
apologizing to us for? His infidelity doesn't effect us does it?
It only affects his family. The real reason is to make the
corporations that sponsor Tiger feel at ease about re-instating
him to be the face of their products. Did people really think
that Tiger would be gone and ridiculed for long? When Tiger
took his "break" golf viewership dropped 50 percent. Tiger
is arguably is possibly one of the greatest golfers ever.
His net worth is estimated around 300 million +. Be Real Now.

Gabrielle White Interview

No comments:

1)For all the people that don't know you. Who is Gabrielle White?

I am a recording artist, songwriter, and musician. Some may know
me as the Oprah of Twitter. I'm a philanthropist, motivational
speaker, and adventurist. I consider myself an adventurist because
that's what life is, an adventure to be taken head on one day at a
time. Some time's it's scary but I'm only going to do this once. So
I don't back down and take on the challenges it presents me with.
No quitting, no giving up.

2)Why do people call you the Oprah Of Twitter?

My followers gave me the nickname very early on. I'm an ambassador
for good faith. There's already so much negativity in this world so
I aim to put out something positive every day. Inspiration, and
motivation, is what many of my followers enjoy getting from my page.
My followers aren't simply fans, they're family. Like the real Oprah,
I give a lot of support and encouragement.

3.)When did you really start getting into music?

Music found me and we've been happily married ever since.
It literally came and saved me. I grew up singing in church
and within my community. It wasn't until my accident occurred
and I lost my voice that I was inspired to pursue it as a career.
I was in excruciating pain and I'd listen to music and try to sing
along to feel better. Then when my grandfather passed, who always
loved to hear me sing, I began writing songs using music as therapy,
as my escape. As I took time to re-evaluate my life I realized the
power in music and I wanted to use it as a vesselto inspire people.
Music has the power to heal us, excite us, bring us together--it's
such a beautiful thing and I consider my voice a gift so I'm here to
share it.

4.) Who are your influences?

Musically... Michael Jackson. Despite everything he faced, and the
challenges that were thrown at him, he consistently produced
international hits. His work ethic was undeniable. I'm also greatly
inspired by Stevie Wonder and Andrea Bocelli. They both live their
lives with physical challenges as if they were nonexistent. It
doesn't stop them from producing amazing music and being really
great musicians. Personal influences include Gail Devers, the
Erica Ford's (CEO of LIFE Camp, Inc.) in society, and the children
in hospitals around the world fighting to live another day. I'm
inspired by people that wake up every single day, and get up and
try again despite the adverse situations they face. It is easier
to do nothing at all--to give up even--but to try again and again,
that takes courage. That's what inspires me to have faith and keep
going. I believe success is that ONE time, you DON'T give up.

5.)Since the car accident has it impacted the way you make your music?

To this day my accident has been the most difficult, and most
painful experience I have endured. It was my greatest challenge
mentally, physically, as well as emotionally. The odds were very
much against me and the mere fact that I even survived my injuries
has inspired me. I made the impossible, a possibility. My survival
instilled in my mind that I can will myself to do anything. The
industry is a tough business, but my accident inspired me to pursue
what I am most passionate about. It's taught me that life is no dress
rehearsal. Once the show is over, it's over, and I was really gone
for a second. What if I didn't come back? ...Ever. Was that all my
life was about? What was my legacy? I'm so fortunate to be here.
With the memories of loved ones lost in mind I work hard every day
so that my music, and the people I inspire, are left behind as my
living legacy. If I can truly touch the heart of another human being
and inspire them to live and give life to others through the passion
they have for their work, then this is all worth it.

6.)What was it like to work on the "Gift Of Gab"?

I was very engaged in the Gift of Gab. It gave me a chance to
executive produce my own project so I was very hands on with it
from selecting the beats, to writing the tracks, to sitting at the
mixing boards getting involved in the overall sound and layout. It
fueled the workaholic in me. The nights without sleep were all worth
it and I'd do it all again. I am doing it again!
Gift of Gab Pt. 2: Valentine's Day Edition is on it's way!!!
Coming behind that are quite a few other projects as well.
Expect to see at least five from me this year.

7.)What is your Gbaby Organization about?

Team GBaby is my promotional team. They help expand my market by
promoting my music all over the United States, and in other
countries. That's the squad that cheers me on. It's my family
on the road and in the studio.

8.)What do you plan to accomplish with the organization?

First we're developing Gabrielle White into a household name,
and reputable brand that's recognized worldwide. Eventually,
Team GBaby would like to branch out and use it's network and
reputation to build it's own non-profit organization. We've
been very fortunate to have mentors that support us and if it
wasn't for them we might not have reached where we are now or
be headed in the direction that we are going. My mom is very
adamant on encouraging me not only to do the right thing, but
also to reach out and help others so I'm looking forward to my
team and I sharing the love.

9.)Is there anything you want people to look out for? Musical Project, other projects, etc.

I have been invited to perform the National Anthem for
Senator Craig Johnson's 2nd Annual Black History Month
Celebration taking place in New York. Look out for me in the
Rocawear 10th Anniversary commercial directed by Spike Lee.
My next mixtape, Gift of Gab Pt. 2: Valentine's Day Edition,
debuts February 2010. My website iamGABRIELLEWHITE.com will launch
Spring 2010 and you can expect to find all my projects featured on
there, as well as stay up to date with everything I'm doing. I'll
also be performing in different cities. The South is showing me a
lot of love, so I'm excited for what's to come. Look out for me
everywhere--Barnes & Nobles, iTunes, HDTV, movie screens--I am the
poster child for motivation, the definition of determination, the
essence of inspiration. I am... Gabrielle White.
